Returns and Exchanges

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by calling +91 99099 61156 or emailing us at info@therichero.com. This notification period allows us to best assist you and efficiently manage your return or exchange request.

Please note that products listed below ₹1199 on our website are non-refundable, but exchanges are available, with the exchange costs borne by the customer. For all returns and exchanges, a standard return shipping fee of ₹150 will be charged to the customer as per the policy.

3-Day Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return policy. If 3 days have passed since your order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The 3-day time frame begins once the product is delivered to your address.

How to Return

Returning is as easy as ordering. You can contact us at info@therichero.com or Call/WhatsApp us at +91 99099 61156. We will require photos of the invoice and product(s) to further process your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note: Return and exchange charges will be borne by the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note: We would require a Package opening video as a proof to evaluate your query of damaged product.

Exchanges

Once the return shipment is picked up from your premises, we will dispatch your exchange shipment from our warehouse. If the price of the product differs, we will adjust the amount accordingly. Exchanges for a different size or color are subject to availability. If you wish to exchange the product for a different item, it may be possible depending on our current inventory.

Exchange for Custom-Size Garments

If our standard sizes don’t fit you and you want a custom-fit garment in exchange, place your best-fit garment with the return shipment, and our courier will pick it up from your premises. We will construct your garment from scratch according to your measurements and deliver it within 5 to 10 days. We will save your measurements for your future orders too.

If you request a replacement item and later decide not to accept it, the cost of the return courier will be deducted from your refund. This deduction covers the cost of shipping the exchange item to you and returning it to our warehouse.

Refunds

Once we receive the return shipment, Our customer care department will inspect the return courier and if it will pass the inspection then a refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours.

If you made an online payment, your refund will be credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 days.

For cash on delivery payments, we will require your bank details or UPI IDs, along with telephonic verification to issue a refund. It may take up to 7 business days.

If your refund is late or missing, check your bank statement first. If the refund isn't visible, contact us promptly. We'll share proof of the refund and guide you through the process.

Please note that the bank account details provided by the customer will be final. Any errors in the provided details will not be the responsibility of The Richero.

Sale Items

We do not accept returns for sale or discounted items. Only exchanges are possible, and this is subject to certain cases.

Pickup Exception

Return pick-ups will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the address we provide. Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

For Custom Garments

While we strive to provide every customer with a wonderful experience, returns and exchanges for custom garments are not sustainable as they are manufactured according to your specifications and cannot be resold. However, we will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Cancellation

In case of an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, Spray, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Items in quantities greater than two are eligible for exchange only; returns are limited to one or two items.

Self-Shipping

If a return is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. The order ID and registered mobile number should be mentioned on the packaging.

Please do not use The Professional Couriers for self-return, as they are not reliable and the package may not be accepted at our warehouse. We recommend using 'Speed Post' as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity with the most widely distributed postal network in India.

Wrong Product Handover in Return

Action will be taken based on package opening footage, and we will return the same product we received. The seller will not be liable for any loss, and no action will be taken if the customer fails to raise the query within 7 days of pickup.
